Roseville Christmas Tree Lighting and Parade

The City of Roseville will hold its annual?Christmas Tree Lighting and Parade this Saturday, November 17th in downtown Roseville. The 51st Annual Sylvia Besana Holiday Parade is scheduled to begin at the Vernon, Riverside, Douglas intersection at 3:00 pm. The parade will proceed east along Vernon St., right at Folsom Rd. and ends behind Roseville Square Shopping Center.

Following the holiday parade,?residents are invited to "deck the halls" at the Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration. Mayor Pauline Roccucci and friends will flip the switch to light the tree at 6:30 p.m. Shortly after the tree is lit, we are expecting a visit from Santa Claus. The evening's festivities also include crafts, cookie decorating and musical entertainment. Be sure to bring your camera.

Roseville's official Christmas Tree is located directly across from the Civic Center at 311 Vernon St. Portions of Vernon Street will be closed for the Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration and the preceding parade. Many businesses on Vernon Street will be open so come to shop, dine and have fun.
